Each piece is one of a kind, crafted from mixed wood species repurposed from production scraps and shaped into small boards of random dimensions, in keeping with the philosophy of this line.
Unlike the cutting boards from our first Grattoni 1892 collection, ORGANIC boards are not treated with oils but are simply sanded, preserving the raw and natural beauty of the wood. They may have imperfections, impurities, and natural marks, but this is exactly what gives them their value: every imperfection tells a story, making each board unique.
